Patents search, patents registration, writing, guiding and planning market surveys, business plans and additional marketing information needed for the investment raising stage writing, business counseling to entrepreneurs and start-ups, accompaniment to negotiations and deals closings, recruitment and creating business partnerships.

Services to companies from the industry

Research and products characterization, engineering planning and designing, design combination and planning for plastic and metal, accompaniment and producing, production of models and prototypes, planning and manufacturing molds, calculations and electro-thermo simulations, etc.

B-focus company has two departments:

The development department

Has leading designers and engineers from the industry, all with many years of experience in designing and developing products, mold planning, building and accompaniment of big series production.

The business department

Has business counselors recognized bythe Israel Business Counselors Association www.ibca.org.il. A representative from the business department will accompany a project from the beginning of the process and until returning it to the client at its end, and will provide business and strategic support that will influence the product’s development and design, so that the product will answer as much as possible to the market demand.

Organization structure

Bfocus Company is built from two main departments: development department and business department.

As part from the company’s establishment, target markets, needs, goals and working processes of the company’s clients were analyzed and chosen. The organizational structure the company implemented is horizontal, so that during the working process there will be full synchronization, updating and emphasizing from the business, marketing and developmental aspects, according to the project type, work character, company type and the goals it wants to achieve.

The department emphasizes the product’s design and branding, so it would fit the target audience and the company’s character and products.

Our business department has business counselors, authorized by government institutes, and is providing business accompaniment along the process of the product’s designing and branding.

Additionally, the department provides entrepreneurs and start-ups with services and plans, which include: searching, writing and registration of patents, market surveys writing and guidance in performing them, results analysis and gathering of all the information needed for writing detailed business plan and relevant marketing information needed for investment recruitment. Additionally, our company provides business accompaniment and guidance throughout all the development stages, to enable entrepreneurs to reach the negotiation when they understand the business meanings relevant to the project development, and their influence on the development, production and marketing stages.
